Interesting story on tech abuse and how business is done behind the scenes

This short story is a tale on how future tech could be abused for personal gain and I like how clever the end is in terms how business is really done in the real world - and what some do to win the race with their competitors. The pace of the story is a bit slow and there is quite some dialogue that does not lead to much, which might have made this story the least favourite from the Forward collection for many. However, this having been the first audio book I listened to for a while, I found it easy to follow and absorb. Not many things happening made the main point stand out more.

Snoozefest. Still not sure what the point of this was. Also, the audiobook was not great. Skip this, even if you like Andy Weir.

Another short story audio in the Forward series from Amazon.

this is VERY short - I listened to the entire thing while making dinner one night -- but it's less emotional than the others and therefore I think I enjoyed it a bit less.

Still good though, and worth a listen.

Too short.

I went in blind, just based on the author I was expecting to like this.
I enjoyed the build-up but it was over far too soon for me.

I still liked the story but needed more of 'smart people doing smart things' that I've come to expect from Andy Weir.

This was a interesting take on how casino security can be manipulated with quantum physics in the future. I barely got the science, but I managed. There was just little to no character development, which I know is hard in short story's but at least try.

Could have been very clever, but tech trumped plot
