Liked the sentiment that you can really like your life even if it’s not what people think it should be and that not every relationship is meant to last. Also the alaskan cruise was fun.

this is a SPRING book.
think this book felt very human to me -there was no deep resolution to the main characters' struggles but there rarely is in real life. Grief is a continual struggle and deciding who/where we want to be in life is never really done and there's no answer that doesn't leave something out. I cried over Greta and her dad reconnecting in small, real ways rather than having a big emotional moment that changed everything. But at the same time would've loved a little more time for the resolution and had to take at least half a star for giving this summery of a cover to a book in which they wear coats. disgraceful

the characters were wonderful the storyline was wonderful I love the self-healing part of it and how none of us really know how life is and we just have to take a chance take a chance in her dreams to make her dreams come true yes it's scary but if you don't try you're going to sit and wonder the rest of your life what if and life is too short for what ifs

I think I only liked that the protagonist’s name is Greta cause that’s kinda cool. Otherwise, this book didn’t have anything to keep me hooked, no crazy ending, and just kind of a bland/sad book. 🤷🏼♀️
While slow at times this book is still very good. The father/daughter relationship was beautifully written and (this is lowkey a personal thing) made me cry.
