"Trying to be a perfect student and friend is hard enough, but when Rachel develops a crush on her brother's tutor and lands a surprise date with Jeremy, she finds this may be a bit too much to accomplish" (From Amazon)

A great novel about friendship and crushes!

i think i preferred this to the first book. i found rachel a very relatable narrator with her anxieties and constant ‘what-ifs’ and i thought charles was an interesting character. it is also quite a bit shorter than the first book.
this is the first book this year i read in a day so that says a lot about how i enjoyed it.
overall i found it engaging and fast paced.

Rachel's brother Charles has returned home and the perfect family dynamic is shaken. Charles causes serious contention within the family and Rachel need to be perfect is severely shaken by this.
