One of the books the made us read in 6th grade

It was very thought provoking and beautifully written. The images that are painted on the page swept me up into them so that I could remember exactly how that felt.

I first rad this book in 6th grade and back then I disliked it because I was forced to read it.
I actually like the concept now,
It explores the meaning of life (sort of) by asking if one is truly living if one cannot die.
Also, the writing is not hard to get through and the book itself is pretty short.
Highly recomend!

Aw, reread for nostalgic purposes.
Still such a good sad story.
