I ended up enjoying the book. Although, it was a struggle in the beginning. The has a certain type of charm to it; and, ultimately, I enjoyed the characters and the journey they went on

The love interest Jeremy is a creepy creep. I don’t know, this had some weird notes. All the seemingly humorous setups felt rather sour.
