This was a good wrap-up to the series. 4 stars overall.

5 stars for the whole series. Loved the adventure, loved the complex relationships and characters, and I really appreciated the skilled writing. I wasn't super interested in Caine's other series when I started this one, but I'll definitely be diving in now to see if I can fall in love as hard with them.

Another series ended! This one moved very, very quickly. Basically, from the beginning, it was one long action sequence that wrapped up many storylines and character arcs. I've always loved the action in this series and the adoration placed on books. There were many tense moments and I was surprised with how it ended.

Though I did adore it, I felt some of the character arcs and certain events weren't as rounded as they should have been, especially in regards to Jess and Morgan. I think their relationship should have been explored more than what it ended up being. I also think that some plot points happened for convenience.

Still, I had a great time reading this book and this series, which I recommend for everyone who believes books need to be protected!

This is the fifth and final book in The Great Library series. After the four previous books, I had become extremely invested in all of the characters. At over 12 hours in length for the audio version, I had a hard time hitting stop. Readers/listeners will be eager to see and all this story finally ends. A great masterpiece for sure.
