I can’t quite articulate why this book was so average for me. I love listening to celebrities narrate their own audiobook, so I did this for And Away, but the delivery was incredibly unfunny and I thought the structuring of the book was incredibly strange. I am unfamiliar with a lot of Bob’s work pre-2000, as I wasn’t alive, but from his account it sounds like it really wasn’t up my alley anyway. I’m not sure. I was going to DNF but it was such a short little book that I decided to finish anyway, which I don’t necessarily regret, but it didn’t get any better.
