What's this? Strong, funny, intelligent, kick-ass women featured in their own comics? Yes, please!!

I love this series & highly recommend it

Issue 7: Kate backstory! (Though, where is her sister? Why isn't she in any of these flashbacks?) Little Kate in her bathing suit with the sides cut out!

Issue 8: This is more serious than the first six issues, but I love learning about Kate's family.

Issue 9: Listen, obviously Amerikate is my #1 endgame, but if Kate and Detective Rivera hook up I won't hate it (just admit Kate is queer, Marvel, come on). This case was over pretty quickly--I know the main story here is about Kate's family, but the other stories could be a little longer.

Issue 10: BABE KATE IN FORMAL WEAR HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO (I know it's not her but HELLOOOOO anyway)

Issue 11: Kate climbing on the Hollywood sign reminds me of when it was changed to Hollyweed at the beginning of the year.

With all her family stuff going on, I'm really surprised there hasn't been any mention of her sister--did the Hawkeye team forget about Susan? I'm also surprised/disappointed America hasn't been mentioned for a while; I know America and Hawkeye are different teams, obviously, but if they're both dealing with family issues, they'd probably be talking to each other more.

UGH NOOOO I HATE THIS KISS

FUCK THIS

UGHHHHHHHHHHHH

this is bullshit and feels forced, don't throw in a fucking relationship just for the hell of it to prove the goddamn character is "straight" even though we all know she isn't. yes, I know bi people exist and I 100% believe kate is bi—I’m not angry she kissed a guy, I’m angry because this seems so forced and feels like there’s a relationship for the sake of a relationship. and I’m kind of a Kate bishop expert so trust me

Issue 12: women working together! I love! and I fucking yelled at the Clint appearance

I definitely liked this more than vol 1--now that some of that setup is out of the way, we can get back to Kate Bishop being extremely Kate Bishop. PLUS a crossover with All-New Wolverine?? PLUS Lucky the Pizza Dog and Jonathan the Literal Wolverine are best friends now?????? What's not to love.

This volume was super fun, there's still a lot of mystery surrounding Kate's mother but it definitely advanced in a satisfying way in this one, so I can't wait to read the next volume to find out how this storyline ends!
Also, bonus: the last issue included is super cute!

Weird clone things, meet the Wolverines (Laura and Gabby), learn to ask for help... all in all a nice volume. Can't wait to see what Clint's been up to! I hope the truth about Kate's mom gets revealed in the next volume.

Kate is at least as good a character as Clint, so I like that this series is concentrating on her at the moment.

I wasn't suuper impressed by the first volume, fun characters aside, which led me to waiting for over a year before getting the 2nd one. And I must say that I enjoyed this a lot more! It's still not the Fraction run (and I still wish the artist would go for their own style instead of imitating Aja's), but it was quite fun, once again I loved the characters and Kate's personal journey is pretty interesting. Which means I deeefinitely won't wait that long before getting volume 3 and then... oh, wait, it looks like Marvel once again cancelled the run after 3 volumes... thanks, Marvel -_-
