This has been a perfect ending to the duology. I literally could not put the book down - it´s been such a tense and haunting story. I loved every page of it and I loved the message of the overall book. The world building has just been phenomenal.
Very similar to the first one, I wanted to finish it mainly because it was a sequel and I wanted closure

📕: PERFECT
✍🏻: Cecelia Ahern @official_ceceliaahern
Being one of my most anticipated reads, I am finally through this thriller.
Everybody strives for Perfection - a perfect body, perfect home, perfect schedule to follow. So does Celestine's society. Celestine has stumbled upon many blocks and has been branded Flawed for aiding a Flawed man. Later, she suffers the consequences of not doing exactly what she was told to do. She gets more brands - the searing iron Flawed logo engraved with the letter F marred her young skin forever. She abides by Compassion & Logic- which the supreme authority, The Guild, denies to follow. They demand Perfection - aiding someone who has wronged is a wrong as well, they say. Even if the Flawed person is dying right in front, nobody notices - they consider the scenario as non existent. This triggers Celestine up. Is this complete abandonment fair at all? What's the reason for such an enormous conduct of looking down upon them?
Although the brands have scarred her forever and seems to have impinged her life at a very young age, that's where she finds all her strength. She gets to know & experience the most questionable side of The Guild - that could shatter the entire Guild system. That's when she meets Carrick, who's at a similar position to her. Having fallen in love, Carrick is so delicate & strong about Celestine at the same time. Together, they come across numerous hurdles. Will they be able to get the best of a system which itself is possibly Flawed?
About the Author : Cecelia Ahern is an Irish novelist, best known for her works in Romance and YA thriller genres. P.S. I Love You, Postscript, Freckles are some of her bestsellers. I'm in awe of how she spun the entire storyline - at the end of almost EVERY chapter, she struck me in suspense with either just a single question or a statement. I could actually feel my heart racing faster with every passing chapter. Ever since I've read Flawed, she has been one of my favourite authors.

Must apologize. I read this title many moons ago and forgot to write a review.
I know I loved this title because I wrote "Amazing" on my Goodreads review notes.
I wish I could remember more at this time but this will have to suffice!
