julia wertz' first collection, documenting her days in san fransisco with boyfriend oliver. so so funny. and sometimes sweet. there are also a few comics dedicated to cheese-love so that's five stars right there.
still love the name fart party; sad she changed it. fart party forever!!

I just borrowed thisone from Nat. I had asked him for a recomendation cause I am trying to get more into graphic novels. I have a really short attention span, and I figured it would be a good move. Unfortunately, I didn't think it was funny or even that interesting, BUT i was definitely correct in assuming this was a good genre for me to start. I read it in one sitting! Rare for me to read anything for that long a time period! Awesome.

This was hilarious. The voice! The crudeness!

i would give this book a zillion stars if i could. i've been a huge fan of the webcomic for over a year or so, so i figured it was time to get the collection. fucking brilliant autobiographical commentary on the ridiculousness of being 23 years old. i love wertz's sense of humor and her illustrations. she makes me want to become a cartoonist.

I don't remember where I saw the recommendation for this... the title is immature, but time for a little light reading, don't you think?

A hilarious and endearingly immature diary comic about the life of a twentysomething woman as she wraps up college and starts out life on her own. I'm more partial to Wertz's Drinking at the Movies, but this is a goodie, too.

I'm quickly falling in love with Julia Wertz. Fart Party is her collected biographical comics dealing with life in San Francisco.

I love this comic and Julia Wertz is hilarious. I am not sure that reading the book(s) was a better experience than (or even as good as) reading the comic online, but I recommend giving Julia your money anyway.
