I don't know what exactly I was expecting, given the title. Part of it was exactly what I expected, but a lot of it wasn't. An escort gets turned into a zombie and kills anyone who takes advantage of women, but also anyone who gets in her way or finds out she's a zombie? A lot of the women in the book were also very Barbie-like in proportion, including the main character. I kind of wish things had gone a little deeper, given the MC more of a personality. There is a plot to the book, but you don't really figure it out until you read the thing front to back because each section involves her travelling to a new place and encountering some group she has to kill--some that she has hunted down and some that are just wrong place wrong time. So a lot of the pages are just her ripping people apart in various ways or "busty babes" conveniently having their clothes torn off and being drawn in the panels at such an angle that something conveniently covers the essentials. Pretty standard in a not-great way.
