I don’t really know what to think of the conclusion to this series. I am both happy and disappointed.

Things definitely wrapped up, but not as I had expected or hoped a series of this length would.  The sheer size of this final book  had me intimidated initially. However, I found it to be quite long winded and thought it could have been cut down by a couple hundred pages.

Overall, I was satisfied with the series as a whole.

I really liked the earlier books in this series. I felt War Storm dragged on a bit. Also wasn't a fan of the ending.

I wonder why I wasn‘t enjoying this series at all. If it‘s the teenageryness of it all, the lack of a strong villain (that wasn‘t just a sad tragic boy who lacked the ability to be good) or just. My lack of interest in the fmc and her entire deal.
Idk. I‘m kind of disappointed in my reading experience but it was also my attitude towards this series as a whole that made it less enjoyable over all. But some things simply aren‘t for me!

A thrilling and numbing end to the Red Queen series, riddled with surprises, good and bad throughout. I promise you, no one would ever be disappointed by Aveyard’s living prose sharing with us her story of blood and rebellion, and of Mare Barrow’s story from the start to the end, which will always stay with us. Memories are always remembered, as represented chiefly in Maven, but we can all use our memories to better the world we live in, that’s what this series has taught me; when everything else has been taken from you, you still have that unrelenting urge to choose justice, justice for what is right. Hence, I implore you all to explore the secrets of Mare, Cal, Evangeline, Maven to name a few, as the world of Red and Silver is likely to change yours too!!
