This book had me sobbing at 11pm in my bed with this stupid little book in my lap.
I do think it was written very well. There's kind of fun riddles that keep you excited. I love how we got to follow Annabeth's POV for the first time and get to know her better. It also really showed us more of Percabeth's relationship (this is nit a spoiler, for anyone that reads this series in the proper order?)
This book had funny moments and the sad ones. I do like how we see multiple people mix and get to trust each other, working together to save the world.
I did not like the spiders in this book š. But it has beautiful quotes.
I loved it.

The only issue with this was I listened to the audiobook and the narrator wasnāt that great. Hearing the English version of the godsā names was already confusing at times (as Iāve learned them in French) and he pronounced Gaia āGee-ahā, which just felt plain wrong. His accents also bordered on offensive at times.
So loved the book, but the narration was subpar. Iāll check if someone else narrates The House of Hades, otherwise Iāll read my paper copy.
