A lengthy study of the bonds of friendship over the course of 20+ years. Interesting, but not compelling, reading.

Sweet and epic tale about the friendship between two women who met in college. I LOVE these kinds of books, because of my nostaglic nature. If you don't, this book is not for you.

A really deep storyline. Don't be fooled by the title into thinking it's a light summer beach read. Hands down, this was the book I most connected with in 2009 and my favorite. The themes were complex. So many emotions were stirred as I read the book.

A book that describes some of the hardships of life and having a friend that is loyal that you can tell even your darkest secrets to.

I read this right around the time I read Firefly Lane. I liked this book but couldn't always figure out why the main characters were "Best Friends" but it was a good read
