I really enjoyed this one! It reminded me of two books I enjoyed by Fredrik Backman, Anxious People and A Man Called Ove. A nice mix of older and younger generations and a good story with some interesting turns I did not see coming.
Fun Read
Louise, an 80 yr old woman, and Tanner, her 20 yr old caregiver, go on an escapade to find Louise’s long ago friend. Great characters, fun twist at the end. Fun beach read.

really I’d give it 4.5/5 stars. I really liked this book. My only critique is a few parts of it felt rushed. Loved the ending though and some sweet twists.

Do you ever read a book and almost from the beginning know who should play which roles in the movie version? This was one of them for me. Susan Sarandon is most DEFINITELY Louise Wilt! And, it's a toss-up between Kiernan Shipka and Kaitlyn Dever for the Tanner role. But, what a romp of a movie this could be!
