Unlike most romcom books, I like how you actually grow to really like the characters as people. It definitely was heavy on the cliches though.

Me while reading this book:

OMG! OMG! OMG! It's been so long since I read rom-com with enemies-to-lovers trope. This book is one of the kind. I love everything about this book. The characters, the banters, the cringe worthy-ness and everything.
It reminds me with [b:To All the Boys I've Loved Before|15749186|To All the Boys I've Loved Before (To All the Boys I've Loved Before, #1)|Jenny Han|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1372086100l/15749186._SY75_.jpg|21442106] but with much more giggles.
Sadie Wen is such an interesting character, she is very much people pleaser and I'm glad that in the end she puts herself first.
Julius Gong is.... I don't know how to describe him.
Overall, I love this book. So sweet and cute!

"Because I’m willing to lose everything,” he says, his eyes blacker than the surrounding darkness, than the sky outside, “so long as I don’t lose you.”
