I won this book in a Goodreads First Reads contest.

I did not expect to enjoy this book but did. It is like having Shatner just converse with you about life and his experiences with living it. What he finds drives him in life and keeps him going.

It made me think about my life and that is something many people do not do these days...unplug and reflect. Find what drives them and what they need to tap into or change.

A fun, interesting, read.

Some old material, some new material. If you've read any of Shatner's other memoirs, many of the stories and anecdotes will be very familiar. VERY familiar. But he extrapolates life lessons from many of these experiences and some new ones as well. Overall, it's good, despite not quite boldly going where Shatner has not gone before.

A very candid and inspirational autobiography, read by William Shatner himself.

This is a quick read. Nothing mindblowing here, but I like William Shatner, and enjoy reading about his experiences. Interesting to me that he went from hunter to animal lover, and that he was open to change so much in his life. I've read other books by/about him, that might be part of the reason it covered familiar ground for me.

This one is great!

It’s a great combination of memoir and philosophy narrated by the man himself.

Happy Reading, everybody!
