It was okay for a casual read. Annoying that all the women have the same face, though.

Angel & Spike, Vol. 1: All The Devils Are Here by Bryan Edward Hill and Joss Wheadon is a continuation of the Angel series. This Volume has Spike, so I am totally biased as Spike has always been my favorite character in the Buffyverse with Oz in second place and a tie for third with Fred and Willow.

Angel is back to find his team, Gunn and Fred, teamed up with Spike, his enemy, WHAT?!? They must learn to work together if they are going to survive their newest enemy.

I feel like the storyline was better in this Volume than the last couple of Buffy volumes I read and the artwork by Gleb Melnikov is done well. Not everyone matches up to the actors in the TV series but that’s okay, as long as they are consistent throughout the Volume it doesn’t bother me.

The only thing I don’t like about this Volume is where they are taking Fred’s story. I am hoping things go differently for her in the next installment.

This series continues to impress me! It feels far more realistic about who Angelus probably was. I’m excited to keep reading!

I thought this was a good graphic novel with Angel and Spike teaming up. I like how Gunn and Fred team up with Spike because he helped save them. Now Angel is not so happy about it, but when another demon has risen from the Hellmouth then they would have to put their difference aside and team up with Gunn and Fred to help save the world.
