I read this before learning that Jay Shetty steals, copies & takes credit off of other people’s work from multi-disciplinary fields.  The book is solid but I don’t feel right giving him the credit when it is other people’s skills, ideologies, tools, thoughts, labour & reflections.  Also, researching his background as a “monk” wasn’t fruitful and there are a lot of discrepancies with his professional background.
