It lost one star from my side because I didn't like the way Samantha reacted to the conflict of the story and I wasn't satisfied with the ending either. I felt that the ending would have been better if the whole Garrett family was in it (but, alas, I am not the author). And what happened to Clay? To Nan and Tim? To Mr and Mrs Garrett? It was... incomplete, in my opinion. But overall, this book was a wonderful read I wasn't able to put down!

Good start with a lot of interest behind each character but A LOT of fluff and weird turns in this book. Then the end left me with a lot hanging and questioning which direction everyone was going. Not a fan of that. Jase was awesome. Loved the Garrett family vibes.

this was cute, i loved are main characters and seeing the other characters as well. The ending was quite abrupt

this was a great comtemporary romance novel. I love the fact the two main character came from different world, kind of like Romeo and Juliet but different. One part did bother me a bit and the ending is too loose for my taste. But this book has also made me wonder if she would do like a companion piece and maybe even another book to see what would happen.
