I liked how well the different characters’ stories got intertwined. I liked the mystery of trying to figure out how things fit together and what the different plots were all about. Great start the series, I’m excited to read the next one.

I really enjoyed this! There is so much to this world, and so many questions that I can't wait to have answered in the second book. All of the characters were engaging to follow, and the magic system was so interesting!

There were parts of this high fantasy book that I really liked. I do struggle with so many perspectives and having to wait so long for them to come together (or not). Not sure I will continue the series.
