It's about a topic I don't like: motherhood in the first years, pregnancies (a lot of them), giving birth. If you don't like those topics stay away from this book. If you don't mind it, take in consideration that it the main topic of the book. Also we have a lot of Chinese Medicine focus on woman health (this it was the reason why I started to read it).
Well written as every Lisa See's book but not my thing.

Such a well researched book! So interesting and feels like a slice of history and period of medicine unfamiliar to the average person.
