Really enjoyed it!! Loved the narration. It didn’t move me emotionally as much as Lagoon but it was just as well written.

This book convinced me I could find sci-fi entertaining and moving.

I love this book so much. Okorafor's writing is enthralling and electrifying, and I did not want to put this book down once. I love this story of AO and DNA and GPS and Carpe Diem, and how two people can bring down a corporation truly ruining lives and cultures.

This book is amazing and I desperately hope Okorafor has written more in this universe or will do so.

Listened via Hoopla. I really enjoyed this. I think this is my first foray into Afrofuturism and I really liked the premise and story and characters. Set in the future, but not so far into the future that it's completely unbelievable. A quick listen and worth the time.
