The first half of the book (after the introductory chapters which were very fun to read) was difficult to get through I think purely due to my dislike of one of the characters and their relationship to Ash which I didn't feel was well established. However nearing the end of the first part, it began to pick up and I found myself enjoying it much more! Gwen and Kiasa were wonderful characters and the second half had great focus on Kaisa and you fall in love with her and truly believe that she and Ash genuinely like and then love each other. The writing is also beautiful and a lot of fun to read.
