I haven't enjoyed a book in the Wayward Children series this much since the first two! Lost in the Moment and Found is a tragic story about escaping abuse and a world of lost things. I loved how this book expanded on the doors and the multiverse overall, breathing fresh life into this series' world building and how that works thematically with Antsy's arc. Which I read as being about a childhood stolen. This also made me quite like Antsy and now feel she has one of the most interesting backstories and motivation of any of the Wayward Children, I look forward to seeing her in future installments!
Also shoutout to the fact there's a cat towards the end who has the same name as my cat!
