One of the best books I’ve read in a while! It’s dark but uplifting at the same time somehow. It’s unlike other books where someone disappears because it’s more interesting and complicated and less predictable and is kind of slow yet a page turner somehow. It’s really beautifully written and easy to grasp without being simple

A masterpiece. It was easy to keep turning pages to find out what would happen next. And easy to get swept up on the saga of every character. I appreciated the focus on the long-term fallout that happens after trauma while not focusing on the person who caused the trauma.

I thought that the first half of the book was slow but then after that it pick up. I love how the author describes the different scenes and the world building was great.
