I was immediately captured by this book from chapter 1, and could not put it down. Incredibly well written and the character development is excellent, though it is devastatingly tragic on so many levels. Fair warning, it's gonna make you feel all the feelings: humor, sorrow, rage, and hope - it's all there.

I thought that the first half of the book was slow but then after that it pick up. I love how the author describes the different scenes and the world building was great.
