What a beautiful, cozy read, like receiving a big hug! I love the characters, I love their growth, and I love that they all show goodness even though they each have flaws. It is moralistic, but it’s a product of its time. If only people of our time were half as concerned with developing their own character!

Laughing, crying, reflecting all through this book. I cant say enough great things and I am in awe at a book being written so long ago and still being relevant today. Amazing read!
