Not bad for the first volume. Also got some side eye from co-workers when I was listening to it - MIND YA BUSINESS!

Fur-ocious Lust Volume One was okay. The first three books - Fur-bidden, Fur-gotten, & Fur-given - all made me laugh. Mostly because of the titles and now I will forever add 'fur' to those words. Each book gave us someone knew to either like or hate. We met Penelope, Karina, and Julie throughout this thing and I don't think I have an actual favorite (yet).

Each book is revolved around one family though. Three idiot bear shifters have all screwed up with their mates. Not surprisingly, they are all brothers and the three mates are all best friends. If you haven't rolled your eyes yet - please do so now.

Of course each book is about them trying to win them back. It happens, duh, but it wasn't surprisingly easy. Each girl definitely made them work for it a bit - would've loved more groveling but I'll take what I can get.

The year is still young and who knows if I will move onto the next volume.

yay giveaways!
So the core of these stories was solid. I liked that it wasn't the same issues for each couple and I like second chance stories. But...well you knew there had to be a but with my rating. Execution was iffy and editing didn't seem to exist. I wouldn't say no to this author because the core of each story was strong and I super dug the confidence of the leads, but this set was a miss for me.
