Being that I'm at the end of my teen years, a lot of this information I've already learned or found as common sense (like appreciating your parents - not taking them for granted) so this book was really just repeating everything I knew. But there were still new tips (like rate how big a deal something is so you won't blow it out of proportion) that were listed among the 100.

It's funny, because as I was reading it brought up one of my friends to mind, thinking surely they would benefit much more from this read than me. I'm so mean....

helpful.. trips of small step to a better life :) great book :)
informative

Easy to read with short chapters and a simple but very effective way to express himself. It's easy to relate to what he explains and the tips he gives seem very rational. I think is a very useful book

Another in the Don't Sweat the Small Stuff series. These were so popular a decade ago.

This book is really How to Chill, How to Rule, and How to be Cool with Your Boyfriend, Roomies, Family, Friends and Coworkers. Or: How to Let Love, Not Worry Rule Your World. I wish I had read this when I was 12 so I could have avoided a whole lotta dick moves in my life I learned not to pull by hurting previous relationships. Some of these tips seem commonsense, but aren't second nature like "Don't come home frazzled." This book is Step 2 in my plan to be more peaceful. Expect to see more self-helpy stuff this-a-way.
hopeful slow-paced
challenging informative inspiring lighthearted reflective medium-paced

Nothing wrong with the book, and the advice has a lot of resemblance to CBT--essentially you are what you think. It's a super quick read, so picking up a few pointers is painless enough. But I don't imagine many people will be surprised by anything in here.
