Kiva and her loyalties were such a struggle! The beginning as we’re learning more about her and the rebels was really interesting. The middle was a little slow and repetitive with her wavering loyalty and being scared of being found out. The ending was absolutely crazy and it had another plot twist! I’m so excited for the next book!

Dear The Gilded Cage,

Oh the anxiety and angst that was caused by this sequel. Uncovering secrets, family histories and all while falling in love with a family of magical royals (well really, Jaren because 🥵).

Ugh I’ve got 15 hours before I have to go to work, and I must know what happens.
