I loved that Puerto Rico was also a main character in this novel.  It was a great beach/vacation read.

If this were a YA book, I would be more lenient in my review.  I had high hopes on the storyline but it cam across as immature lacking any depth or soul.  It was a book I couldn’t wait to finish and be done with.  It felt disconnected with many things being repeated over and over just to fill the book.
