Mr. Panda gets ready for bed while his friends say goodnight. I found the book cute like all the other Mr. Pandas, but it was really odd that Mr. Panda was the one who was rudely pointing out that the other animals hadn't done things like brush their teeth. Still entertaining.
For: readers who love pandas; readers needing a book about saying goodnight.
Possible red flags: rude characters.

Mr. Panda is the new Oscar the Grouch. Such a grumpster! But lovable in this sweet and funny bedtime story.

Good Night, Mr. Panda by Steve Antony, illustrated by Steve Antony

It is bedtime for Mr. Panda’s friends. Each one of his friends forgets to accomplish a task before going to bed and Mr. Panda reminds them. Mr. Panda’s friends do not care and go to bed anyway.
This fiction book would be good for preschoolers at home. I would not necessarily recommend this book in the classroom because everyone has their own way of going to bed. If this was to be used in the classroom, a project could be used in how each student draws a picture of their nightly routine to compare to others.
