This is the 2nd book in the series I had read. I know it is actually #5 in the series, and I will more than likely to back to read 2 - 4. I did enjoy this book much more than the first book.
For all of the arguing and disagreeing Zane and Alete did, I could definitely pick up on their chemistry. The all nighter scenes were funny, and I actually enjoyed Alete's competitive nature.
I have noticed a recurring theme. The H, has issues with his parental units. It was even more obvious in book 1. There is also a definite dose of realism with Ammie and Alete coming to terms with Ammie's diagnosis. It is not a sad book, it just includes some real life issues.
Alete and Zane both had issues that they were able to overcome in order to compromise and make a relationship work.
A sweet, small town romance, with an HEA.
I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

I thought this was a cute read.
It was not my ultimate favorite of the "Nestled Hollow" series, but I still enjoyed it!
