Let me start by saying I thoroughly enjoyed the audiobook version of this story. There are two actors voicing each main POV which makes it easier to follow. This is a positive 3 stars. I loved this story for the first 2/3, but I felt like it really dragged on for the final 1/3. There were scenes that didn’t propel the plot and took a story that was teetering on the believable to becoming a bit unbelievable. If some of this additional exposition had been cut, I think the plot would’ve been punchier. Regardless, I am excited for whatever this author gives us next!
