Although this took me a really long time to finish this, I absolutely loved reading this! The writing style is simple, conversational, yet engaging. I need to read more of her works, Lispector just seems like such a thoughtful and intelligent writer. Enjoyed this immensely ❤️

“For certain fears — if they are no demeaning and have indestructible roots — have given me my most incomprehensible reality. The illogical nature of my fears fascinates me.”

There were entries I could not comprehend but there were more highlighted entries I’ll forever love and would definitely revisit when life would suck.

Okay. Maybe i'm stupid but I didn't like it at all. I'll give her fiction a chance someday, but this...wasn't good or meaningful in any way.
