While written in a style that is easy to read, great for picking up and referencing, it will make you think about yourself...whether you wish to or not.

Really enjoyed this! I want to reread it soon to try to make more connections between the different concepts explored. This book also taught me the importance of annotating while reading - I felt like I was much better able to connect to the material and take away big ideas. Great way to reflect on the ways that emotions and experiences show up in our lives and what they can tell us.
