There are three things I want to talk about regarding this volume:

1. I am thrilled that most of the team members on Karasuno are trying to better themselves and I love how Hinata and Kageyama's dilemma was handled. No theatrics, nothing dramatic just "Hinata wants to better himself as a volleyball player" and "Kageyama, for the love of all that is holy and good, STOP trying to dictate what everyone should do!"

2. While I completely understand Tsukishima's ideas surrounding volleyball as a club activity, how it can affect you and the people around you, and what it means for your future, I am SO DAMN PROUD of Yamaguchi for stepping up and effectively telling Tsukishima to stop being snarky asshat. Yamaguchi, you have my respect.

3. It has now been made abundantly clear to me that volleyball players are simultaneously really smart about the game, but profoundly dumb in literally every other field (see Kuroo's and Bokuto's conversation about "just a club". I feel like I lost brain cells reading that convo).

That's about it, really loved this volume mostly for the Tsukishima-Yamaguchi subplot, but also loved seeing the Nekoma boys and Bokuto's introduction. Moving on to volume 11!

Each time Bokuto is shown, I can clearly hear him saying "Hey hey hey!!!"
I'm glad I started reading these.
