My favorite of the trilogy and a fitting end to this series! There are so many great characters, especially in the supporting cast, and that's what I really love most about these books.

Ren has my whole heart I can't wait for her spinoff series!!!

Was a good book. Series was fun and enjoyable and I felt like everything came together. I don't know if there was going to be anything further, but with a few hints and clues here or there I find it interesting. The end was satisfying, but with the "loose" ends (because they aren't necessarily loose) I want to know more, but was also annoyed.

Overall good book, and series.

I think that this was a solid conclusion to The Storm Runner trilogy. It was entertaining and I enjoyed some of the new additions to the crew. The worldbuilding was good as always. I enjoyed the use of the calendar, though I was hoping for the calendar to matter a bit more. One of my gripes with the series is that the side characters are often disregarded and underdeveloped. The only pretty developed characters were Zane, Ren, Brooks, and Hondo. I do think the pacing was good, I just took forever to read this book since I have been dealing with a lot at home. Overall I loved this conclusion and I like how the ending was just open enough to allude to the possibility of continuing Zane's story. Overall would recommend and I have to say that I think this is my favorite book out of the whole trilogy. I also loved the fact that Brooks and Zane got together. That was wonderful. I was waiting the whole time and I finally got it. Definitely recommend.

It's very rare that the books in a series get continually higher ratings for me but this series did accomplish that! Granted I wasn't that much of a fan of the first, or the second books but I did enjoy this one.

It left me excited for the upcoming series by her following Ren.

Third and final book in the Storm Runner trilogy
*I have not read the first two books in the series. My rating might have been higher if I had...

Zane is looking forward to being reunited with best friend Brooks and going to Shaman training camp. However the timeline gets pushed up to immediately as there is a crisis: the Mayan gods are missing. It is up to the godborns to find them!

I love that the Mayan gods get press in this series. Zane shows good character development but I would have liked to see more of Brooks. There were a few plot things that confused me but that was probably since I hadn't read the first 2 books. Excellent read for fans of Percy Jackson.
