I can't wait for this! I'm hoping for more character cross overs and maybe some sort of a twist. I'm very interested to see what the character's personality may be like, as well as what her love interest will turn out like. I guess we'll have to wait and see then :)

UPDATE:
This book wasn't my favorite although I did really enjoy reading it. I don't really know what to say. Maybe I anticipated it way too much and thought too highly of it. Although it was a good book, it didn't compare to some of her previous work. I enjoyed her strained relationship with her dad and her realistic relationship with the rest of her family. Luke, in the beginning, I didn't mind. I thought he was a nice guy, Emaline and him the perfect couple. But I did question their relationship from the start as it seems somewhat unfamiliar, the book starting with a relationship to begin with. Theo I found awkwardly adorable, but as the story (and him and Emaline's relationship) progressed, he did get annoying and overly flamboyant and all together irritating.
The plot seemed a bit anticlimactic, if anything. Yes, there was a climax somewhere in there, but to me, it wasn't how it usually is, it wasn't the turning point of the whole novel, the bit of it that makes me fall in love with the book itself. It was a bit slow, but at the same time, it all went by in a blur with no real exciting points.
If anything, I enjoyed the lessons learned, how Emaline as a character developed and how the book ended with her being single, as I found that was for the better.
It's worth a read and judging from other reviews, some people greatly enjoyed the novel. So, if you're unsure about picking this one up, I say go for it. Maybe you'll like it. I liked it, but not as much as I thought I would.

sarah dessen is my guilty pleasure and this is no exception

It was cute. A very light, summer romance/finding yourself book. It wasn't as fun as the other Dessen books I've read but it was good. Emaline was a strong-willed character and I liked her. I didn't swoon for Theo though because he was a bit annoying. I did like Luke at first and I just adored Benji. Overall another cute read.

I don't know man, I just thought this was super super boring.

Considering I love Sarah Dessen, I was expecting a lot MORE from The Moon and More. But after finishing this, all I really feel is... disappointed.

Usually, when I don't care for a book, I don't have much to say, so I'll leave this short. For some reason, this book just didn't make me feel the way a Dessen book makes me feel. I wasn't that invested in the characters' lives, and the ending didn't leave me feeling anything. I didn't at all care for the progression of Theo's character,
Spoilerwho became almost unnecessariliy pompous
and I felt almost no connection to Emaline.

I will say, though, that I did get a little emotional in a couple places, especially when it came to Benji, who was a sweetheart. But most of all, this book was kind of a letdown as a Sarah Dessen fan.

I love Sarah Dessen. I've loved her since 1999, when I read Keeping The Moon and fell in love with Colie and Colby. But these last few books of hers have seen so similar. It reads like she stuck Remy, Ruby, and Auden in a blender and out oozed Emaline.

ALSO PERSONAL RANT- Not every teenager drinks. IT'S TRUE, I shout, gesturing wildly to myself and the 30 or so people that made up my wide social circle as a teenager. I wish just ONE of her recent protagonists or friends didn't drink as a matter of course. Or randomly smoke pot.

So predictable!

Docked a star mostly because of the reallllllly slow pacing, but otherwise, I enjoyed the story and the characters. It was a good late summer read.

It surprisingly wasn't that great. I love Sarah Dessen but this one was really hard to push through. The pacing was off and Theo grated my nerves throughout the whole book more than Ivy did. I actually liked Ivy a little. I can't believe this was a Dessen book.
