Another cute volume. This one was a little harder to connect with, especially with the addition of a new character. I really enjoy seeing the friendships continue to grow, though. I think Mima's my favorite character.

Oh the way I’m so in love with all of them (✿˃̣̣̥᷄u˂̣̣̥᷅ ) now that Takayuki has also reunited with a childhood friend of his (who happens to be super clumsy as well), things are getting so much more funny. Takayuki not remembering Motoharu from the get-go is literally the very thing I’m always scared of, because I always have trouble remembering people, so it’s something that I could relate to.
I hope Motoharu will be able to join in the gang soon; he seems really lovely (I’m biased because he has long pretty hair <3)
This volume is pretty much my favourite volume so far! Here are some other things I love in this volume:
– Shun writing a reply letter to the girl who confessed to him
– Takayuki’s ad idea for Motoharu’s book-turned-movie; I think it’s a really beautiful execution that I wish I could see in real life!
– the possibility of the gang going on a roadtrip/vacation together!
– Hayate thinking it’s impossible for him to use a cute kids umbrella but then there’s Takayuki who don’t mind it at all as long as he’s dry
– (I forgot it’s in this volume or the previous one but) Souma finally letting himself giggle openly and not hiding his laughter after making a clumsy mistake BOY IS SO ADORABLE

Did I just learn that Yuta Nakamoto of NCT 127 is playing Hayate in the live drama of Play It Cool, Guys? Yes. Did that prompt me to finally read the next volume in this adorably wholesome series? Also yes. Is this become one of my favorite manga series to ever grace this planet? Wholeheartedly yes.
I didn't realize how much a basic plot of clumsy guys pretending to be cool and making friends along the way would capture my entire heart and soul. It's truly the most delightful thing to end a day and read a volume about a bunch a bois being bois. Going to school, being an adult, and exploring yourself are all just a part of that journey.
Now, in this particular volume....we get a new clumsy boy. The one who does it confidently: Motoharu Igarashi! Famous young author, and space cadet by trade, Igarashi officially joins the part of clumsy boys! And he's kind of a dream boat too! (My roommate says that I have a thing for guys with long hair....it's not a lie)
This volume didn't make me laugh as hard as others, but it's still just a delight.
