An excellent overview of Orthodox theology. Accessible and clear. There is much that I agree with and desire to imitate in the Orthodox faith. It’s a far more open and less heavy-handed approach to following Christ than the Protestant evangelical tradition that I grew up in.

As someone who has long been interested in Eastern Orthodox theology but had no idea where to start this was the perfect introduction. Beautifully written and easy to digest there is so much wisdom and love wrapped in these pages. I screenshotted many quotes from this book that I will be referring to and I will certainly pursue further reading. It is hard to state how well written the book is but if you are like me and has had an interest in Eastern Orthodox theology I highly encourage you to read this book.
