This was fairly good. I was engaged and curiou s how it ended, but it wasn’t a “wow” thriller for me.
Didn't love the writing style, and it was total chaos (and not in a good way). No surprise at all that the dad would shop up considering how much they talked about him. And Hector (with Chloe) and Tavo were the ones trying to take down the company? Please.

It was more of a dramatic thriller so things took off slower than I expected, so I was surprised how much I liked it. Has multiple povs but I think the characters are all interesting in their own ways so I didn’t hate reading anyone which is a win. A bit predictable but I was invested in the story anyways and read majority of it in one day.
Hard to keep track of time in audiobook because went back and forth without warning, wasn’t always clear if someone was having some internal monologue or saying everything out loud during convos. Interesting premise but the piece about Adele’s family/backstory didn’t add much to plot, just left me wanting more
