An amazing book. Understandably a classic piece. This book kept me interested from start to finish with its witty dialogue and expressively emotional points. I found myself feeling all the joy and anguish that Jane was feeling. A unique story told in a unique way. Loved it.
I appreciated the fine writing, but found the plot, shortly after the transition to Jane's adult life, dreadfully tedious. When I found I still had 8 hours and change left, I decided I needed to switch to another book, because I hadn't enjoyed this one for several chapters in a row, and wasn't motivated to listen.
I had a craze for classics back in middle school and had started reading this...I don't know what was wrong with me but I had stopped reading this book for a looonnnggg while. thank the gods for fixing my brain and finishing this novel. I am so happy I finally did, it was worth it
I don't think I am suited to listen to books.
