It is such an amazing story of romance, uncertanty, secrets, and finding yourself. Love It!!!
I love jane eyre she’s deserve the world
I was scared to read that book bc of its length but i enjoyed every pages and i wouldn’t mind if it was longer. Starting a classic is always hard to me but this one took me barely 2 pages to understand what was going on teehee. "Jane Eyre" was such a good book, it didn’t read like a classic (aka the writing was really accessible imo!!) and I was so involved in her life and just wanted the best for her.

The beginning was slow, the middle was boring (including the supposed romantic part) and the end was horrifying(not in a good way). I gave it 2 stars because at least I had no idea where this story was going or how it was going to end.

The last 20% of this book was very good and I very much enjoyed it. Zaara I won’t spoil anything I promise. I definitely do think I recognized a few themes and I’m gonna do some research now so I’m in tip top shape for group discussion. I understand how this was a classic and I certainly felt for Jane and was rooting for her the entire book. First half was a bore but I’m sure catrette will enlighten me in some fashion about how important it was or something. I do think Jane’s trauma from her gos awful family definitely played a role in all of Jane’s decisions and it made her insecure and doubt in several cases of the book. Fun book
