A new enemy? A new kick-ass character? A new tentative friendship between Oliver and Mimi? Mimi being like a real ... well not person maybe but you get what I mean... Crazy. Crazy awesome. Gimme more. kThanksbye.

Really Good Read!!

The newest book in the Blue Bloods series, this one is in four parts. The first follows Jack and Schuyler, on the run from the New York coven and Mimi, as they continue the work of Schuyler’s grandfather; Lawrence. The second part follows Mimi as she takes on the the role of Regent and disturbing events begin to take place in New York. The third part follows a new character, but one I’m sure we’ll be hearing more from, a venator brought in to help Mimi handle the situation. At the end important decisions must be made, leaving the story open for the next volume next year.

Misguided Angel was a much more fulfilling book for me than Van Alen Legacy was. Where the last book felt more like a place holder, a way to move from one book to the next, with this book, things happen. Schuyler and Jack run across a man who helps them across Italy and he ends up being more and less than he claims. Mimi finds herself having to deal with much more than she thought she would when a video showing a blue blood party and claiming vampires are real ends up on the internet, and Oliver helps her figure out what’s happening and how to stop it. Deming is a new character from a coven in China who comes in to help Mimi and Oliver but ends up dealing with more than just this mystery.

I cannot believe how much this series has pulled me in. That is all.

While I liked the story line, I feel somewhat jipped. lol I feel like this was just the beginning to the story. I was so disappointed there wasn't more! But I do love Deming. Can't wait for the next one! Prayin it's longer...

I wasn't crazy about how this one was formatted. I also feel like there's too many different stories going on at this point - I'm ready for a few answers.

This book was okay. I think it's been a little too long between books for me and I've lost interest. This might just be the last of this series for me.

I’m still not entirely sure how I feel about this series. It is a very fast-paced read, but the characterization and storylines don’t really make sense. This was the first book that brought up the abnormality of so many vampires meeting the true death, but then turned around and created a type of 21 Jump Street effect. The ages aren’t supposed to bother us because they’re immortals with full memory, but yet an 18 year old gets upset about being called ma’am? In a position of power? Very odd. Pretty sure this series would’ve been done better as NA instead of YA, which may be why she is suddenly branching out in this novel to not be as much as about HS. Will finish the first series, but don’t see myself reading the sequel series.

the story is interesting, but i just wish she would come out with definitive answers to some of these story lines!

I just love blue blood series and books of Melissa. This book is just AMAZING! I luv though Mel wroted differently, she always changed of character from chapter to chapter this was wroted on parts, but still gets you to the edge of your sit! A must read!
