My little girls are loving this series, and I like Heidi as a character. She has supportive parental figures and a fairly good relationship with her little brother. Heidi is pretty respectful to her parents and other authority figures.

“I wish I could taste Lucy Lancaster’s sugar cookies! The chocolate chunk cookies sounded good, but only before Heidi did her spell! It was a cool book.”
