I really liked this one! I wish there was more POV from “current” Marcus and a little bit less from Phoebe’s transformation, but I still really liked it!!

Love the scenes between Diana and Matthew but didn’t care for the Marcus storyline. Switching between modern day to his life retelling was clunky. I also felt Marcus’ backstory was told enough in previous books. Would rather have had another character like Gallowglass instead.
