Honestly a bit underwhelmed with this book. Definitely some great information and actionable insights, but I found it to be very repetitive. Definitely could’ve cut out half the book and not missed a single bit of information.

Certainly an easy read though, if you’re curious it wouldn’t take you more than a few days to get through.

A must-read / go-to book for a cornerstone-of-life topic.
Formalised and connected a lot of personal frameworks, with handy techniques and philosophies.
Content is grounded in science, connecting the many major works which came before it.
The actionability of the book is another strength.
Latter chapters were weak, where the book does drag/become repetitive - this doesn't detract from such a useful resource, however.
The endnotes are a goldmine, both for the references to scientific articles but also the links to the exact Reddit thread for some third-party anecdotes haha
