This book was amazing. I loved how the author used real-world examples to hook the reader and demonstrate how effective the strategies are. His writing was incredibly engaging, and the illustrations really helped my visual brain picture what he meant. Although I haven’t implemented all of the strategies into my life yet, I’ve already noticed a huge change. Just having the book nearby serves as a constant reminder of the things I want to improve or change in my life. I only usually read fiction, but I thoroughly enjoyed this and wish he had more books I could dive into.

I feel like I knew most of the stuff in this book already, but it was well organized and well explained. There were a few points where I was like eh, not sure about that, but overall I think this book is useful and well laid out and I know of a lot of folks who have found it very helpful.
It also definitely has that white guy entrepreneur self improvement energy, which isn't intrinsically a bad thing but is definitely a vibe. I don't know that I would have enjoyed physically reading it, but I liked the audiobook well enough (granted audiobook is how I read 90% of nonfiction, so that's not surprising)
